Cynthia Rodriguez

Cynthia Rodriguez is a volleyball coach who helps young girls make the transition from being a player to an athlete. A mother of 4 children, Cynthia started her coaching career in 1996 as a club volleyball coach to share the love and knowledge of the game at a higher level. Cynthia founded Top Gun Volleyball in 2009 and has spent the last 12 years managing and developing her staff and
curriculum to become one of the most successful and productive programs in South Texas.

 

In addition to her club coaching career, Cynthia has served on the Incarnate Word High School coaching staff since 2014 and has led the Shamrocks as Varsity Coach since 2020. By day, Cynthia has maintained a loyal 26-year career with the United States Postal Service. Today Cynthia offers a wide range of knowledge and dedication to programs and services - from individual coaching to camps and clinics and team development. Cynthia’s greatest accomplishments are her guiding her athletes to achieve a college education.
